BACKGROUND
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
The Air New Zealand Flying Club is a non-profit voluntarily run club. It is a subsidiary of the Air New Zealand Sports and Social Club (Southern) and is primarily for the use and benefit of Air New Zealand staff, although we do allow Associate members, providing they meet strict criteria.
The Club owns and operates two Cessna aircraft catering for dual instruction for students, private pilots and commercial pilots. We can also provide for aerobatic flight.
The club's success is due to a dedicated team of people who spend many voluntary hours ensuring the smooth operation of the Club. Members must demonstrate responsibility and self discipline, as the Club depends very much on a self- administration system. We do not have any employed staff on the premises to administer daily activity. Therefore;
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
• The applicant agrees to abide by the Club's publications, procedures and any decisions that are made by the committee with regard to the club or its members.
• An Associate member's membership may be reviewed six months after acceptance and in accordance with the Club's Constitution, By-laws and Rules.
